In the Division of Economic History, researches are carried out on the economic reasons of important historical events and phenomena starting from ancient civilizations to the present day. In the direction of dealing with the social aspects of economic phenomena, studies are carried out on the basic perspectives of each theoretical approach and the points where they complement each other. Division of Economic Development and International Economics

Issues affecting and related to national and international economy such as economic integrations, foreign trade policies, customs tariffs, international monetary system, international money and capital markets, foreign capital investments are among the fields of the Division of Economic Development and International Economics. At the same time, understanding the place and importance of the state and international economic organizations in the economy, finding solutions to these problems and taking the necessary measures for the stable development of the country's economies are among the main objectives of the department of economic development and international economics. Division of Economic Theory

Providing methods and knowledge based on mathematical methods using detailed computational techniques in order to gain value of economic reasoning; It aims to enable them to comprehend economic behavior and decision-making processes, the functioning of markets, economies and the global economy. Macroeconomics and Micro Economics are predominant in the department, especially at the entry level and at the advanced level. Division of Economic Policy

The objectives of today's industrialized and industrializing economies are a harmonious economic growth and price stability, balance of payments and balance, ensuring a fair income distribution, bringing unemployment to a level close to full employment and full employment, and ensuring efficient distribution of resources.
